Mae'r addysgu'n seiliedig ar ddamcaniaeth reoli sylfaenol gydnabyddedig, a ddefnyddir mewn ffordd sy'n benodol i'r sector chwaraeon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gan gynnig cyfuniad unigryw o gysyniadau damcaniaethol a chymhwysiad ymarferol, mae'r rhaglen yn cynnig modiwlau chwaraeon sy'n dod \u00e2 damcaniaeth yn fyw gan ddefnyddio astudiaethau achos go iawn i ddangos sut caiff y ddamcaniaeth hon ei chymhwyso, wrth gynnig nifer o gyfleoedd i feithrin sgiliau rheoli ymarferol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mae llwybr chwaraeon ein rhaglen Rheoli Uwch yn cynnig dysgu hygyrch, hyblyg a chyfunol sy'n diwallu anghenion cymhleth posib gweithwyr chwaraeon proffesiynol, er mwyn i'r dysgu gael ei adeiladu o amgylch ymrwymiadau proffesiynol (Hons)<\/a> yn eich paratoi ar gyfer gyrfa yn y dyfodol fel creawdwr a chyfathrebwr cynnwys chwaraeon proffesiynol ar draws y cyfryngau cyfathrebu chwaraeon cyfoes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bydd y cwrs ymarferol iawn hwn yn caniat\u00e1u i chi astudio pynciau fel newyddiaduraeth chwaraeon, sylwebaeth chwaraeon, a hyrwyddo chwaraeon. Trwy astudio cysyniadau damcaniaethol fel cefnogwyr, newyddiaduraeth chwaraeon, hunaniaeth genedlaethol a naratifau chwaraeon, bydd myfyrwyr yn gweld sut mae ein diddordeb parhaus mewn chwaraeon wedi ffurfio\u2019r ffordd rydym yn gweld y byd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Newidiadau i\u2019r ffordd rydym yn gwylio chwaraeon wedi amharu\u2019n sylweddol ar y model cyfryngau traddodiadol (papurau newyddion, darllediadau teledu, radio), ac mae llawer o sefydliadau chwaraeon bellach yn dewis cyfathrebu\u2019n uniongyrchol \u00e2 chefnogwyr. Nid yw\u2019n ddigon mwyach i wybod sut i ysgrifennu adroddiad ar g\u00eam, neu gyfweld \u00e2\u2019r enillydd buddugoliaethus a\u2019r cystadleuwr a drechwyd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gyda hyn i gyd mewn golwg, datblygwyd y cwrs hwn i sicrhau y byddwch yn graddio fel creawdwr cynnwys chwaraeon galluog a chymwys, sy\u2019n meddu ar sgiliau newyddiadurol, ac sy\u2019n fedrus wrth greu a hyrwyddo cynnwys amlgyfrwng sy\u2019n canolbwyntio ar chwaraeon, o bodlediadau i adroddiadau ar gemau ac o sylwebaeth chwaraeon i strategaethau cyfathrebu chwaraeon lansio gyrfa werth chweil yn y proffesiwn amrywiol a hanfodol hwn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Occupational therapists work to empower people to develop, maintain or improve a diverse range of activities that are relevant and meaningful in their daily lives, from basic self-care at home to work-related activities, hobbies and more.\u00a0 Throughout this integrated course, you will learn the skills to help people overcome difficulties caused by illness, disability, accidents or ageing.\u00a0\u00a0This could involve the use of aids and adaptations, modifying tasks or developing new skills.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The course follows\u00a0a spiral design based around 5 key curriculum themes to help you develop the knowledge, skills, <\/a> wedi datblygu enw da am baratoi myfyrwyr yn llwyddiannus am gyflogaeth mewn chwaraeon perfformiad uchel neu eu datblygu at raddau ymchwil doethurol (PhD).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yn y b\u00f4n, mae'r rhaglen hon yn galluogi myfyrwyr i feithrin yr wybodaeth ddamcaniaethol a'r sgiliau ymarferol ar draws meysydd gwyddor perfformiad.  Bydd myfyrwyr yn datblygu cymwyseddau craidd ar draws meysydd gwyddor data gymhwysol, gwyddor hyfforddi, gwyddor adfer, strategaethau ar ddiwrnod cystadlu a chynllunio perfformiad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yn unigryw i'r radd hon, mae'n cynnwys lleoliad gwaith 12 mis gydag un o'n partneriaid yn y sector diwydiannol mewn p\u00eal-droed el\u00eet, rygbi, nofio, tenis a dadansoddeg data cymhwysol.
