Yn frawychus, mae tua 0.7% o\u2019r unigolion hyn\u2014tua 22,000 o bobl\u2014yn cyrraedd y trothwy ar gyfer Anhwylder Gamblo. Mae'r ystadegyn hwn yn amlygu'r angen dybryd am driniaethau effeithiol i fynd i'r afael \u00e2'r mater cynyddol hwn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gan gydweithio \u00e2\u2019r Athro Simon Dymond yn Ysgol Seicoleg Prifysgol Abertawe, bydd yr ysgoloriaeth ymchwil yn canolbwyntio ar dri phrif amcan:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Datblygu a Gwerthuso Analogau VR 5G:<\/strong> Creu sefyllfaoedd VR sy'n dynwared ymddygiadau gamblo fel chwant, adweithedd ciwiau, a dilyn colledion. Bydd y sefyllfaoedd hyn yn cael eu defnyddio mewn therapi amlygiad i helpu cleifion i reoli eu hysfa gamblo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Datblygu Rhyngwyneb ar gyfer Dangosyddion Seicoffisiolegol:<\/strong> Integreiddio mesuriadau o ymatebion ffisiolegol (e.e. cyfradd curiad y galon, dargludiad croen) \u00e2 systemau VR 5G i fonitro ac asesu effeithiolrwydd triniaeth mewn amser real.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Archwilio Partneriaethau Masnachol a Chyllid:<\/strong> Nodi partneriaethau masnachol posibl a sicrhau cyllid ychwanegol i ehangu cyrhaeddiad ac effaith y dull trin arloesol hwn.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mae realiti rhithwir yn dod i'r amlwg fel offeryn chwyldroadol wrth drin Anhwylder Gamblo. Mae therapi amlygiad VR yn cynnwys trochi cleifion mewn amgylcheddau realistig, rheoledig lle gallant wynebu a rheoli eu sbardunau gamblo. Mae'r dull hwn yn helpu unigolion i adnabod ciwiau gamblo a datblygu strategaethau ymdopi effeithiol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">Gan weithio gyda <a href=\"https:\/\/imersifi.com\/\" target=\"_self\">Imersifi<\/a>, bydd y gwaith yn arloesi defnydd VR a sgriniau trochol yng <a href=\"https:\/\/imersifi.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Nghanolfan Efelychu<\/a> Prifysgol Abertawe.
