Gallai hyn gynnwys hyfforddi actorion i ddynwared cleifion ac aelodau teulu neu ddefnyddio modelau technoleg uchel sy'n gweithredu fel cleifion go iawn ac yn galluogi myfyrwyr i gyflawni tasgau mewn amser real, megis rhoi diferwr mewnwythiennol neu gyffuriau. Mae Prifysgol Abertawe hefyd yn defnyddio waliau ymdrochol sy'n newid i atgynhyrchu'r amgylcheddau gofal iechyd amrywiol megis ystafelloedd cleifion, cartrefi neu theatrau llawdriniaethau, gan alluogi'r gyfadran i hyfforddi timau gyda'i gilydd ac ymarfer mewn amgylchedd diogel. Mae t\u00eem Canolfan Efelychu a Dysgu Ymdrochol Prifysgol Abertawe hefyd yn ymchwilio i brosiectau realiti rhithwir fel rhan o'r rhaglen hon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ar adeg pan fo mwy o alwadau nag erioed ar arbenigwyr gofal iechyd, mae Joanne yn trafod sut mae Prifysgol Abertawe'n arloesi hyfforddiant sy'n arwain y ffordd yn fyd-eang er mwyn sicrhau bod gweithwyr gofal iechyd proffesiynol yn darparu gofal diogel o safon uchel i gleifion, teuluoedd a'r gymuned.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mae Joanne Davies yn Athro Cysylltiol ac yn Gyfarwyddwr Addysg Efelychu'r Gyfadran Meddygaeth, Iechyd a Gwyddor Bywyd. Dechreuodd Jo yn ei swydd ym mis Gorffennaf 2021. Gwnaeth ddylunio a sefydlu cyfleusterau efelychu a rhaglenni Canolfan Efelychu a Dysgu Ymdrochol Prifysgol Abertawe (SUSIM) ac mae'n cadeirio'r gweithgor efelychu rhyngbroffesiynol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cyfarwyddodd yr Athro Jo agoriad y Ganolfan Efelychu a Dysgu Ymdrochol ar brif gampws Prifysgol Abertawe ym mis Medi 2023. Mae'r ganolfan hon yn gartref i'r cyfleuster mwyaf o ran technoleg waliau ymdrochol yn y byd. Ym mis Mawrth 2024, agorodd t\u00eem SUSIM fannau ymdrochol ychwanegol ar gampws Prifysgol Abertawe yng ngorllewin Cymru, gan alluogi addysg efelychu, partneriaethau, ymgysylltu, datblygu busnesau ac arloesi aml-ddull i gael eu hehangu.
