Bydd y prosiect PhD hwn nawr yn cyflymu\u2019r broses hon drwy arwain yn ffurfiol y gwaith o archwilio cyfleoedd hyfyw ar gyfer cymhwyso amgylcheddau dysgu trochi i fynd i\u2019r afael \u00e2 chwestiynau perfformiad allweddol mewn chwaraeon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bydd yr ymgeisydd llwyddiannus yn gweithio gydag ystod o bartneriaid chwaraeon perfformiad uchel presennol a newydd y gr\u0175p ymchwil Chwaraeon Elitaidd a Phroffesiynol i nodi meysydd lle mae gan ddysgu trochi y potensial i gael effaith gadarnhaol ar eu perfformiad trwy amrywiaeth o wahanol ddulliau (er enghraifft cymwysiadau hyfforddi, ymgyfarwyddo ag amgylchedd cystadleuaeth, delweddu data).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">Yna bydd astudiaethau empirig yn cael eu cynllunio a'u cynnal i asesu effeithiolrwydd cymwysiadau posibl detholedig.
