Ers agor ym mis Medi 2023, mae SUSIM wedi cynnig dull trawsnewidiol o hyfforddi, gan gyfuno rhith-realiti (VR), ystafelloedd efelychu a gemau i filoedd o ddysgwyr er mwyn pontio\u2019r bwlch rhwng gwybodaeth ddamcaniaethol a chymhwysiad ymarferol. Mae'r cyfleuster hwn o'r radd flaenaf, ac wedi'i neilltuo i wella ansawdd addysg a hyfforddiant gofal iechyd a sicrhau gofal diogel o ansawdd uchel i gleifion yng Nghymru a thu hwnt.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mae recriwtio, hyfforddi a chadw staff meddygol medrus yn her sylweddol. Gall dulliau traddodiadol o addysg feddygol, sy'n aml yn dibynnu ar ddysgu damcaniaethol gydag ymarfer cyfyngedig, adael bylchau o ran parodrwydd at y byd go iawn. Mae esblygiad cyflym gofal iechyd hefyd yn ei gwneud yn ofynnol i ymarferwyr ddiweddaru eu sgiliau a'u gwybodaeth yn barhaus i ddarparu'r gofal gorau posibl. Roedd angen amlwg am ddull arloesol o hyfforddi a all efelychu sefyllfaoedd bywyd go iawn mewn amgylchedd diogel, felly sefydlodd Jo Davies, sy'n arbenigwr efelychu rhyngwladol, SUSIM.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mae SUSIM yn mynd i'r afael \u00e2'r heriau hyn trwy gynnig amgylchedd dysgu trochi hynod realistig sy'n galluogi dysgwyr i gael profiad ymarferol mewn lleoliad rheoledig. Mae'r ganolfan yn cynnwys pedwar parth gwahanol, pob un wedi'i gynllunio i hwyluso ystod eang o weithgareddau, gan gynnwys addysg, ymchwil, hyfforddiant diwydiant, ac arloesi. Gall y parthau hyn daflunio amrywiaeth o ddelweddau ac ymgorffori elfennau sain, synhwyraidd, fideo, a hyd yn oed arogleuol i greu profiad trochi llawn. Mae'r gosodiad datblygedig hwn yn galluogi dysgwyr i atal anghrediniaeth, cymryd rhan lawn mewn sefyllfaoedd, a throsglwyddo eu dysgu'n effeithiol i'r byd go iawn.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mae t\u00eem o arbenigwyr SUSIM yn defnyddio\u2019r dechnoleg hon i ddarparu hyfforddiant hollbwysig i gynhyrchu gweithwyr gofal iechyd proffesiynol cymwys a hyderus. Mae ymrwymiad y ganolfan i brofiadau arloesol ac efelychiedig yn gwella sgiliau ymarferwyr presennol ac yn ysbrydoli myfyrwyr i ddilyn llwybrau STEM.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ers ei sefydlu, mae SUSIM wedi cael effaith sylweddol ar y dirwedd addysg feddygol. Mae dros 2,000 o unigolion, gan gynnwys myfyrwyr, aelodau bwrdd iechyd, ac arweinwyr diwydiant wedi teithio o amgylch y ganolfan, gan feithrin perthnasoedd pwysig ac agor drysau ar gyfer cydweithredu yn y dyfodol. Mae\u2019r galw am gyfleoedd efelychu SUSIM wedi tyfu\u2019n gyflym, gan adlewyrchu ei lwyddiant wrth ddiwallu anghenion y byd academaidd a\u2019r diwydiant gofal iechyd.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mae dylanwad y ganolfan yn ymestyn y tu hwnt i Abertawe, gyda phartneriaid yn y diwydiant fel Vodafone, RESCAPE, Imersifi, CAE, ac Echo Health yn dangos diddordeb cryf mewn cydweithredu. Mae\u2019r partneriaethau hyn eisoes wedi arwain at sicrhau prosiectau ymchwil ac arloesi mawr, gan gynnwys menter VR gwerth \u00a31.3 miliwn a chontractau gyda byrddau iechyd lleol. Mae cydweithrediadau fel hyn yn amlygu r\u00f4l SUSIM wrth hyrwyddo hyfforddiant gofal iechyd trwy dechnoleg.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yn ogystal \u00e2 hyn, mae gwaith SUSIM gyda byrddau iechyd lleol wedi arwain at ddatblygiadau sylweddol mewn canlyniadau hyfforddiant, yn enwedig mewn meysydd fel Gofal Dwys, Hyfforddiant Llawfeddygol, a Gofal Sylfaenol a Chymunedol. Hyd yn hyn, mae dros 300 o aelodau staff Prifysgol Abertawe ac addysgwyr y bwrdd iechyd wedi'u hardystio trwy SUSIM.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Drwy ddefnyddio technoleg flaengar a dulliau addysgu arloesol, mae SUSIM yn llywio dyfodol gofal iechyd yng Nghymru a thu hwnt.
