Mae cyfranogwyr yn nodi cysylltiadau cymdeithasol cryfach, hyder gwell a llai o unigedd. Mae\u2019r cyfle i gyfrannu at achos mor bwysig wedi bod yn wych, ac edrychaf ymlaen at gydweithio ar brosiectau eraill yn y dyfodol<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mae'r bartneriaeth hon yn enghraifft o b\u0175er cydweithio traws-sector wrth feithrin prosiectau ystyrlon sy'n cefnogi poblogaethau sy'n agored i niwed. Trwy ddod ag arbenigedd academaidd ynghyd \u00e2 mentrau cymunedol o fewn NISH, mae'r prosiect hwn yn cymryd camau mawr i wella'r defnydd o gelfyddyd fel arf ar gyfer cadw cof a lles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
