Mae Dr Nalda Wainwright, Athro Cyswllt ym Mhrifysgol Cymru Y Drindod Dewi Sant a sylfaenydd MiniMovers Ltd<\/a>, yn cael ei chydnabod yn rhyngwladol am ei gwaith ym maes datblygiad corfforol plentyndod cynnar a dysgu awyr agored. Mae ei hymchwil wedi\u2019i gyhoeddi a\u2019i gyflwyno\u2019n fyd-eang, gan ganolbwyntio ar gefnogi gweithwyr proffesiynol i feithrin datblygiad corfforol plant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ym mis Rhagfyr 2023, daeth Dr Wainwright at Agor Innovation<\/a> ym Mhrifysgol Abertawe gyda chwestiynau am Eiddo Deallusol (IP) yn ymwneud \u00e2 datblygu ap newydd a gynlluniwyd i ehangu MiniMovers. Er bod ganddi ddealltwriaeth sylfaenol o eiddo deallusol, roedd angen trafodaethau manwl i ymdrin ag agweddau megis diogelu hawlfraint a datblygu contractau. Mynychodd Agor y cyfarfod cwmpasu cychwynnol i roi arweiniad cynhwysfawr ar y pynciau hyn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nodwyd bod hefyd angen cymorth marchnata ar MiniMovers. Gan gydnabod cyfyngiadau ariannol y busnes, cynigiodd Agor ateb yn ymwneud \u00e2 lleoliad myfyriwr marchnata. Erbyn Mehefin 2024, roedd myfyriwr o Brifysgol Abertawe wedi ymuno \u00e2 MiniMovers i gynorthwyo gydag ymdrechion marchnata, yn enwedig ar gyfer digwyddiadau fel Eisteddfod yr Urdd a Sioe Frenhinol Cymru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O ganlyniad i'r cydweithrediad hwn, mae MiniMovers wedi datblygu dealltwriaeth cliriach o sut i integreiddio ystyriaethau Eiddo Deallusol i'w contractau cyn allanoli gwaith. Mae'r busnes hefyd wedi ymuno \u00e2 rhwydwaith sy'n cynnig lleoliadau gwaith i fyfyrwyr, gan sicrhau bod cymorth parhaol gan garfannau yn y dyfodol. Mae Dr Wainwright o hyd mewn cyswllt ag Agor ar gyfer cydweithrediad a chyfleoedd yn y dyfodol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Myfyriodd Hafwen Lewis, Swyddog Arloesedd yn Agor Innovation<\/strong>, ar y cydweithio: \u201c Dangosodd Dr. Nalda Wainwright barodrwydd cryf i ymgysylltu \u00e2 chymorth a dyfnhau ei dealltwriaeth o\u2019r Eiddo Deallusol a gynhyrchir ganddi hi ac unrhyw gydweithredwyr dan gontract. Trwy drafodaethau ar y camau a gymerwyd eisoes a chynlluniau strategol ar gyfer y dyfodol, roeddem yn gallu darparu arweiniad i sicrhau bod perchnogaeth eiddo deallusol yn cael ei neilltuo'n glir, gan hwyluso dosbarthiad breindal teg i'r holl gyfranwyr.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yn ystod ein cyfarfod cwmpasu cychwynnol, daeth yn amlwg y gellid gwella ymdrechion marchnata MiniMovers. O ganlyniad, rydym wedi lleoli myfyriwr yn llwyddiannus gyda MiniMovers i ddarparu cymorth wedi'i dargedu yn y maes hwn. Mae Dr. Wainwright, Athro Cyswllt mewn Sefydliad Addysg Uwch arall (SAU) a Chyfarwyddwr MiniMovers, wedi meithrin cydweithrediad hynod gynhyrchiol rhwng y cwmni a'r myfyriwr, gan arwain at ganlyniadau arwyddocaol i'r ddwy ochr. Mae wedi bod yn bleser gweithio gyda MiniMovers, ac edrychwn ymlaen at gefnogi eu hymdrechion yn y dyfodol<\/em>.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
