Bydd y buddsoddiad hefyd yn cefnogi ceisiadau ymchwil trawsddisgyblaethol, a mynediad at ddata i gefnogi ymchwil cardiofasgwlaidd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dywedodd Ysgrifennydd y Cabinet dros Iechyd a Gofal Cymdeithasol, Jeremy Miles AS: \"Mae'r bartneriaeth nodedig hon gwerth \u00a33 miliwn rhwng Ymchwil Iechyd a Gofal Cymru a\u2019r British Heart Foundation yn gam sylweddol ymlaen yn ein brwydr yn erbyn clefyd cardiofasgwlaidd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\"Trwy gyfuno ein harbenigedd a'n hadnoddau, nid ariannu ymchwil yn unig rydym ni\u2019n ei wneud - rydym ni\u2019n buddsoddi yn iechyd pobl ledled Cymru ar gyfer y dyfodol.\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dywedodd Rhodri Thomas, Pennaeth BHF Cymru: \"Mae\u2019r British Heart Foundation yn llawn cyffro i fod yn rhan o'r cytundeb cyd-ariannu newydd hwn gyda Llywodraeth Cymru sy'n sicrhau dyfodol cynaliadwy i Rwydwaith Ymchwil Cardiofasgwlaidd Cenedlaethol Cymru. Mae'r ymdrech ddiweddaraf hon i rymuso ymchwil cardiofasgwlaidd ac arloesedd yng Nghymru yn arbennig o gyffrous i mi, ac wrth gwrs fy nghydweithwyr yn BHF Cymru, a bydd yn helpu i ddatblygu cyfrwng i brifysgolion a byrddau iechyd ledled Cymru ddod at ei gilydd mewn cenhadaeth gyffredin.\"&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ychwanegodd yr Athro Chrisopher George, Cyfarwyddwr y&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/healthandcareresearchwales.org\/about-research-community\/national-cardiovascular-research-network-ncrn\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Rhwydwaith Ymchwil Cardiofasgwlaidd Cenedlaethol<\/a>: \"Mae'r gynghrair newydd hon rhwng Ymchwil Iechyd a Gofal Cymru a'r BHF mor bwysig. Mae'r ymrwymiad i ariannu ehangu\u2019r Rhwydwaith yn dangos gwir hyder yn ein gweledigaeth ar gyfer gwella bywydau pobl \u00e2 chlefyd y galon a chlefyd cylchrediad y gwaed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\"Mae'r dyfarniad hwn yn ein helpu i roi poblogaeth Cymru wrth wraidd popeth a wnawn, a dyma fydd yr elfen allweddol er mwyn troi ymchwil o'r radd flaenaf a wneir yng Nghymru heddiw yn driniaethau newydd ar gyfer yfory.\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bydd y cyn-reolwr gwasanaethau ariannol a drodd yn awdur ac yn hwylusydd creadigol, Leigh Manley, 47 oed o Gaerdydd, hefyd yn bresennol ac yn siarad yn y digwyddiad am ei brofiadau ar \u00f4l iddo ddioddef digwyddiad cardiaidd annisgwyl bron i ddegawd yn \u00f4l a fu bron \u00e2 chymryd ei fywyd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Roedd Leigh, sy\u2019n gefnogwr rygbi ac yn wreiddiol o Faesteg, wedi bod yn ei gampfa leol pan yn sydyn roedd yn teimlo 'fel petai rhywun wedi tynnu'r cebl allan ohonof i' ac fe gwympodd, yn anymwybodol, hanner ffordd trwy ei sesiwn ar beiriant rhedeg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ar \u00f4l cael ei drin gan barafeddygon cafodd ddiagnosis o gardiomyopathi arhythmogenig, cyflwr cardiaidd difrifol sy'n bygwth bywyd ac sy'n achosi creithio i'r galon. Ar \u00f4l cael diagnosis gosodwyd dyfais ICD (diffibriliwr cardiodroi mewnblanadwy) ar unwaith.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dywedodd: \"Does dim gwellhad i fy nghlefyd i, felly mae\u2019r driniaeth wedi canolbwyntio ar reoli\u2019r cyflwr trwy gyfuniad o feddyginiaethau, llawdriniaethau catheter abladol, a chardiodroi (therapi sioc). Dydy e ddim yn ddelfrydol achos dwi'n byw gydag atebion amherffaith i gyflwr cymhleth, a dyna pam mae ymchwil mor bwysig i fi - yn enwedig gan fod yna gymhlethdod ychwanegol bod y cyflwr yn debygol o fod yn genetig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\"Mae unrhyw beth y gellir ei wneud i hybu ymchwil i gyflyrau cardiofasgwlaidd mor bwysig - mae'r camsyniad hwn o hyd mai dim ond oedolion h\u0177n sy'n dioddef o salwch o'r math yma, ond nid yw hynny'n wir, gall ddigwydd i bobl o bob oed ac o bob cefndir.\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ychwanegodd yr Ysgrifennydd Iechyd, Jeremy Miles: \"Mae straeon pobl fel Leigh Manley yn ein hatgoffa pam mae'r buddsoddiad hwn mor hanfodol.
