Dan arweiniad Dr Emma Rees a Dr Aimee Drane o <a href=\"https:\/\/swansea.ac.uk\" target=\"_self\">Brifysgol Abertawe<\/a>, mae rhaglen uchelgeisiol a gefnogir gan grant NHIR am flwyddyn, yn anelu at ddod \u00e2 gweithwyr gofal iechyd proffesiynol, ymchwilwyr, cleifion a llunwyr polisi ynghyd i sefydlu consensws ar arferion gorau a nodi cyfleoedd ledled Cymru ar gyfer ymchwil ac arloesi cydweithredol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bydd y rhaglen datblygu ymchwil hon yn asesu tirwedd bresennol gofal methiant y galon ledled Cymru. Drwy ddeall arferion presennol, gwerthuso ymyriadau llwyddiannus, a nodi cyfleoedd newydd ar gyfer arloesi ac ymchwil, bydd y fenter \u00a0yn gwella capasiti a gallu rhyngddisgyblaethol mewn ymchwil ac arloesi, gan flaenoriaethu meysydd gwaith a fydd yn trawsnewid gofal cleifion yng Nghymru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Agwedd allweddol ar y prosiect yw ymgysylltu \u00e2 rhanddeiliaid, a bydd pob bwrdd iechyd ledled Cymru yn cael ei wahodd i rannu mewnwelediad i\u2019w mentrau gofal methiant y galon parhaus mewn digwyddiad rhwydweithio. Bydd hwn yn rhoi trosolwg cynhwysfawr o strategaethau, llwyddiannau a heriau cyfredol, a meysydd sydd angen eu datblygu ymhellach. Bydd gwasanaethau blaenllaw o Loegr hefyd yn cael eu gwahodd i gyfrannu arferion gorau ac ymchwil gyfredol, gan gynnig mewnwelediadau gwerthfawr i ddulliau arloesol o ofalu am gleifion dros y ffin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yn dilyn trafodaeth arbenigol, bydd y t\u00eem ymchwil yn gweithio gydag <a href=\"https:\/\/swanseatrialsunit.org\/\">Uned Treialon Abertawe<\/a> cynnal adolygiad systematig a meta-ddadansoddiad. Bydd hyn yn adeiladu sylfaen dystiolaeth gadarn o effeithiolrwydd ymyriadau methiant y galon ac yn nodi bylchau sydd angen ymchwil yng Nghymru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mae un elfen hollbwysig o'r prosiect yn ymwneud \u00e2 chyfoethogi data gofal iechyd a gesglir yn rheolaidd o fewn <a href=\"https:\/\/saildatabank.com\/\">banc data SAIL<\/a>. Ar hyn o bryd, gall ymchwilwyr archwilio nifer y sganiau calon a gyflawnir ar gyfer amheuaeth o fethiant y galon, ond nid oes digon o ddata i archwilio math neu ddifrifoldeb methiant y galon. Mae hyn yn cyfyngu ar gywirdeb ymchwil methiant y galon ar lefel y boblogaeth. Er mwyn goresgyn y mater hwn, mae'r gr\u0175p yn profi a yw'n bosibl echdynnu a chysylltu data mesur sgan calon o <a href=\"https:\/\/sbuhb.nhs.wales\/\">Bwrdd Iechyd Prifysgol Bae Abertawe<\/a> gyda data iechyd gofal arall o Fanc Data SAIL. Mae'r gwaith hwn yn cynnwys partneriaeth agos \u00e2 Dr Benjamin Dicken, Cardiolegydd yn BIPBC, a Dr Libby Ellis, arweinydd Gwyddor Data ar gyfer y Rhwydwaith Ymchwil Cardiofasgwlaidd Cenedlaethol. Nod yr ymchwilwyr yw datblygu model newydd ar gyfer echdynnu data a chysylltiadau a allai wella ymchwil methiant y galon yn sylweddol yng Nghymru a thu hwnt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ar ddiwedd y rhaglen flwyddyn, bydd y t\u00eem yn cyhoeddi dogfen consensws yn amlinellu arferion gorau a blaenoriaethau ymchwil ar gyfer gofal methiant y galon yng Nghymru. Bydd y ddogfen hon yn sylfaen ar gyfer ceisiadau am gyllid ar raddfa fawr yn y dyfodol er mwyn ysgogi ymchwil ac arloesi cydweithredol ledled Cymru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Drwy feithrin cydweithrediad rhwng prifysgolion, byrddau iechyd, a darparwyr gofal iechyd cymunedol, mae\u2019r fenter hon yn cyd-fynd \u00e2\u2019n cenhadaeth i ysgogi arloesiadau gofal iechyd effeithiol sy\u2019n gwella canlyniadau cleifion.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are proud to highlight a pioneering initiative&nbsp;seeking to improve heart failure care across Wales.
