Mae'n berffaith ar gyfer:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Unigolion sy'n gweithio mewn sefydliadau chwaraeon sydd am ddatblygu eu gyrfaoedd&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Athletwyr neu hyfforddwyr proffesiynol neu led-broffesiynol presennol neu flaenorol sy'n paratoi ar gyfer mentrau \u00f4l-ymddeol&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Unrhyw un sy'n ceisio adeiladu gyrfa yn y sector chwaraeon&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cynlluniwyd y cwrs i roi\u2019r wybodaeth i ddysgwyr sy\u2019n gweithio mewn (neu\u2019n dymuno gweithio mewn) sefydliadau chwaraeon i\u2019w grymuso i wella eu rolau neu chwilio am gyfleoedd newydd. Bydd pob dysgwr yn ennill y wybodaeth hon, ni waeth a oes ganddynt unrhyw gymwysterau ffurfiol mewn rheolaeth neu arweinyddiaeth.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mae hefyd yn ddelfrydol ar gyfer athletwyr proffesiynol\/lled-broffesiynol sy'n meddwl am ddatblygu eu sgiliau rheoli ac entrepreneuraidd (fel sefydlu eu busnes eu hunain yn ystod\/ar \u00f4l eu gyrfa chwaraeon) fel ffordd ragweithiol o roi'r sgiliau a'r offer angenrheidiol iddynt ar \u00f4l ymddeol o chwaraeon proffesiynol.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Beth yw strwythur y cwrs?<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Darperir y rhaglen yn rhan-amser dros ddwy flynedd, gan ei gwneud yn hyblyg i weithwyr proffesiynol. Mae'n cyfuno dysgu ar-lein gydag elfennau fel gweithdai wyneb yn wyneb, gan alluogi myfyrwyr i gydbwyso eu hastudiaethau ag ymrwymiadau eraill.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bydd y cwrs hefyd yn darparu cyfleoedd ar gyfer rhwydweithio, dysgu gan eraill yn y sector a rhannu arfer gorau. Mae'r cwrs yn rhoi cyd-destun ac ystyr i'r gwaith y mae dysgwyr eisoes yn ei wneud gan ddefnyddio sefyllfaoedd bywyd go iawn.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pa fodiwlau dylai myfyrwyr eu disgwyl?<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mae'r flwyddyn gyntaf yn cynnwys modiwlau rheoli craidd allweddol i greu dealltwriaeth sylfaenol gryf. Yna bydd myfyrwyr yn symud ymlaen i fodiwlau chwaraeon-benodol i gwmpasu gweithredu entrepreneuraidd (ac intrapreneuraidd), arweinyddiaeth yn ogystal \u00e2 rheoli gweithrediadau cynaliadwy ar gyfer chwaraeon.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daw\u2019r cwrs i ben gyda phrosiect sy\u2019n canolbwyntio ar ymchwil wedi\u2019i deilwra i ddiddordebau pob myfyriwr a gellir ei ddefnyddio\u2019n ymarferol yn eu gweithle eu hunain. Mae hwn yn gyfle\u00a0i ddefnyddio\u2019r sgiliau a\u2019r wybodaeth newydd a ddysgwyd ar gyfer prosiect y maent yn ymwneud ag ef yn y gweithle, neu gallent ganolbwyntio arno i\u2019w helpu i sefydlu menter fusnes newydd.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bydd darlithoedd a gweithdai yn cael eu cynnal gan academyddion busnes, siaradwyr gwadd a phobl sydd \u00e2 chefndiroedd chwaraeon amrywiol.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Beth sy'n gwneud i'r rhaglen yn unigryw?<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yn wahanol i raglen Meistr draddodiadol, mae\u2019r cwrs hwn wedi\u2019i deilwra ar gyfer myfyriwr proffesiynol sydd \u00e2 phrofiad bywyd a safbwyntiau unigryw personol i\u2019w cyflwyno. Bydd y profiadau hyn yn cael eu harchwilio gan ddefnyddio cysyniadau damcaniaethol allweddol a addysgir ar y gwahanol fodiwlau a defnyddio hyn i archwilio a gwerthuso cymhwysiad ymarferol cynnwys y cwrs yn feirniadol. Caiff hyn ei wella ymhellach gydag astudiaethau achos go iawn ac offer ymarferol.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mae'r cwrs yn gyfuniad o gysyniadau damcaniaethol a chymhwysiad ymarferol. Ond rydyn ni hefyd yn ystyried pobl sydd \u00e2 chefndir chwaraeon-benodol perthnasol a phrofiad gwaith yn y sector. Bydd y sgiliau a enillir hefyd yn drosglwyddadwy ar draws sectorau amrywiol, gan sicrhau ystod eang o gyfleoedd i fyfyrwyr.
