Siaradon ni \u00e2 Sophie Marr, Rheolwr Busnes ARCH, am effaith yr asesiad hyd yn hyn...<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mae rhanbarth ARCH yn cwmpasu Ceredigion, Sir Benfro, Sir Gaerfyrddin, Abertawe, a Chastell-nedd Port Talbot, ac roedd yr HNA yn anelu at fynd i'r afael \u00e2 heriau iechyd rhanbarthol trwy datrysiadau arloesol. Mae'r heriau hyn yn cael eu gwaethygu gan anghydraddoldebau iechyd ac anghenion unigryw poblogaethau dan anfantais a phoblogaethau gwledig. Er enghraifft, mae atebion iechyd digidol a mentrau telefeddygaeth ar y gweill sy'n edrych i wella mynediad at ofal a chanlyniadau cleifion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ers cyhoeddi'r HNA, bu ymdrech gydlynol i roi'r canfyddiadau ar waith gyda strategaethau ymarferol. Mae Fforwm Arloesi ARCH wedi'i ailsefydlu i gyflymu arloesedd ar draws y sector iechyd a gofal. Yn ogystal, hwylusodd y Gweithdai Mewnwelediadau Iechyd gydweithio ymhlith rhanddeiliaid, gan feithrin dealltwriaeth ddyfnach o anghenion iechyd cymunedol a datblygu atebion arloesol.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">Mae canfyddiadau\u2019r AHA wedi galluogi cipolwg dyfnach ar y grwpiau poblogaeth ar draws y rhanbarth ac wedi nodi anghenion iechyd a lles allweddol. Mae\u2019r argymhellion hyn yn llywio cynllunio gwasanaethau\u2019n weithredol o fewn lleoliadau gofal iechyd, gan gynnwys <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swansea.ac.uk\/hwa\/\" target=\"_self\">Academi Iechyd a Llesiant<\/a> Prifysgol Abertawe. Maen nhw hefyd yn cyfrannu at weithredu Deddf Llesiant Cenedlaethau'r Dyfodol, gan helpu gweithwyr gofal iechyd proffesiynol i deilwra gwasanaethau i ddiwallu anghenion penodol y gymuned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mae'r HNA yn cefnogi datblygiad Strategaeth Atal Sir Gaerfyrddin gan Fwrdd Iechyd Prifysgol Hywel Dda, gan gynnig cipolwg hanfodol ar heriau cyffredin a meysydd blaenoriaeth ar gyfer ymyriadau ataliol. Ei nod yw cyflymu arloesedd yn y sector iechyd a gofal yn Ne-orllewin Cymru drwy gysylltu arloeswyr ag arbenigwyr meddygol, academaidd a diwydiant. Mae'r Fforwm yn darparu lle diogel i arloeswyr gyflwyno eu syniadau, derbyn adborth adeiladol a chysylltu ag adnoddau cymorth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dangosodd Fforwm Arloesi ARCH diwethaf, a gynhaliwyd ym mis Chwefror 2025, sawl prosiect addawol. Cyflwynodd pump o ymgeiswyr llwyddiannus eu harloesiadau, a oedd yn cynnwys syniadau ar gyfer arloesi gwasanaethau, cynhyrchion datblygu cynnar, a chynhyrchion cyn-reoleiddio sydd angen mewnbwn clinigol a gweithredol.
