Fel cangen elusennol Clwb P\u00eal-droed Dinas Abertawe, mae'r Sefydliad wedi treulio dros 15 mlynedd yn ymgysylltu \u00e2 phobl o bob oed a chefndir ledled De-orllewin Cymru, gan ddefnyddio statws unigryw'r clwb fel ased cymunedol dibynadwy i ysbrydoli bywydau iachach.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mae cenhadaeth Sefydliad Clwb P\u00eal-droed Dinas Abertawe yn syml ond yn bwerus: defnyddio p\u00eal-droed fel grym er lles, gan helpu i greu'r amodau sydd eu hangen i gymunedau ffynnu. Atgyfnerthodd y canfyddiadau ddealltwriaeth gymunedol a helpodd i ddangos tystiolaeth o ddyluniad rhaglen a cheisiadau am gyllid y Sefydliad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cRoedd ymchwil yr Asesiad Anghenion Iechyd yn cyd-fynd yn agos \u00e2\u2019n dealltwriaeth o angen lleol ac mae wedi helpu i ddilysu ein gwaith mewn sgyrsiau gyda chyllidwyr a rhanddeiliaid. Mae\u2019r cysylltiad \u00e2\u2019r Rhwydwaith Cenedlaethol ar gyfer Arloesi mewn Chwaraeon ac Iechyd hefyd wedi bod yn hynod fuddiol yn ein gallu i rwydweithio.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gan edrych ymlaen, mae'r Sefydliad yn gobeithio parhau i weithio'n agos gyda'r Rhwydwaith fel partner gwerthfawr wrth rannu ymchwil, cysylltu \u00e2 chydweithwyr, a chreu tystiolaeth sy'n cryfhau arloesedd iechyd lleol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gyda chyllid cynaliadwy, mae'r Sefydliad mewn sefyllfa dda i ehangu ei gynnig iechyd a lles.
