Yma, mae Dominic Parkes, Ysgrifennwr Ceisiadau Datblygu Ymchwil ym <a href=\"http:\/\/swansea.ac.uk\" target=\"_self\">Mhrifysgol Abertawe<\/a>, yn egluro sut gall dod yn aelod o'n Rhwydwaith roi mantais i chi wrth nodi cyfleoedd ariannu ac ysgrifennu ceisiadau grant cystadleuol \u2013 a pham y gall cael y gefnogaeth gywir wneud gwahaniaeth mawr.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Arloesedd yw gwaed bywyd llawer o fusnesau, yn enwedig y rhai yn y sector gwyddorau bywyd eang ac amrywiol. Mae'n bwydo'r hopran o gynhyrchion neu wasanaethau newydd a nodedig a all roi mantais i fusnesau a sefydliadau eraill yn eu marchnad. Gall arloesedd llwyddiannus helpu i wahaniaethu busnes oddi wrth ei gystadleuwyr, gyrru refeniw a phroffidioldeb, a galluogi twf. I sefydliadau nad ydynt yn cael eu gyrru gan elw, fel mentrau cymdeithasol, gall fod yn fodd o gyflawni effaith gadarnhaol sy'n fuddiol i'r bobl a'r cymunedau maent yn eu cefnogi. Ond yn aml mae yna gost. I fusnesau llai yn benodol, gall cwrdd \u00e2'r costau sy'n gysylltiedig ag arloesedd - arbenigedd penodol, datblygu a phrofi iterus, mynediad at gyfleusterau, amser i'r farchnad - fod yn heriol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mae llywodraethau\u2019n cydnabod gwerth arloesedd busnes fel sbardun cynnydd i gymdeithas a\u2019r economi. Mae\u2019n hanfodol ar gyfer mynd i\u2019r afael \u00e2\u2019r heriau mawr sy\u2019n ein hwynebu, fel newid yn y hinsawdd, iechyd wrth heneiddio, maeth a diet iach, gordewdra a bygythiad pandemigau. Ac mae\u2019n sbardun allweddol i\u2019r economi, swyddi, a ffyniant a rennir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un ffordd o ymdopi \u00e2\u2019r her o sicrhau cyllid ar gyfer arloesi busnes yw ceisio cyllid grant. Mae grantiau ar gyfer menter ac arloesi ar gael o amrywiaeth o ffynonellau gwahanol, gan gynnwys llywodraethau\u2019r DU a llywodraethau rhanbarthol datganoledig. Innovate UK, er enghraifft, yw asiantaeth arloesi Llywodraeth y DU ac un o brif gyllidwyr grantiau arloesi busnes. Eu cenhadaeth yw helpu busnesau i dyfu trwy ddatblygu a masnacheiddio syniadau newydd ac addawol. Yn wahanol i fenthyciad, nid oes rhaid ad-dalu cyllid grant, ac fel arfer nid oes gofyniad i roi unrhyw ecwiti yn y busnes i ffwrdd nac i ildio unrhyw reolaeth fusnes. Mae hyn yn arbennig o wir i fusnesau bach heb yr adnoddau digonol i ymgysylltu \u00e2'r broses ceisio am grantiau. Mae'n bwysig ystyried y cwestiynau canlynol: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pa gyllid sydd ar gael?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pwy sy'n ei gynnig?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ble i chwilio am gyllid grantiau?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pa gynllun grant sydd fwyaf addas?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Beth yw'r gofynion cymhwysedd?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Beth sy'n cael ei ddisgwyl gan ymgeiswyr?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pwy arall sydd angen fod yn rhan ohono, neu allai rywun arall ddod \u00e2 manteision drwy fod yn rhan ohono?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sut i ddod o hyd i gydweithredwyr a phartneriaid addas?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sut i lywio'r broses o ymgeisio?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sut i ysgrifennu'r cais \u2013 beth fydd yn gwneud iddo sefyll allan a chael y cyfle gorau o lwyddo?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mae bron pob cais am grant yn seiliedig ar stori. Dyma'r stori o <strong>pam<\/strong> mae eich arloesedd yn gyffrous ac yn bwysig, a pham bod angen iddo gael ei gefnogi i wireddu ei botensial llawn ar gyfer eich menter, y gymdeithas ehangach a'r economi. Mae deall <strong>beth<\/strong> i'w gynnwys yn y stori honno, a <strong>sut<\/strong> i'w dweud mewn ffordd gymhellol a fydd yn cyffroi\u2019r ariannwr, yw\u2019r allwedd. Yn aml, mae cael dealltwriaeth am y cyllidwr a\u2019u blaenoriaethau yn hanfodol \u2013 deall beth sy\u2019n eu gwneud nhw weithio er mwyn sicrhau bod y cais yn taro\u2019r nod.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mae busnesau, rhai bach a chanolig yn benodol, fel arfer yn sefydliadau main sy'n tueddu i fod heb adnoddau ychwanegol ar gyfer ymgysylltu \u00e2'r broses grantiau. Ac yn aml nid oes ganddynt unrhyw brofiad nac arbenigedd o ran sut i wneud cais am grantiau a'u hennill. Mae ymgynghorwyr grantiau arbenigol yn bodoli, ond unwaith eto mae'r rhain yn dod \u00e2 chost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O fewn ein Rhwydwaith, mae gennym ni d\u00eem o arbenigwyr sydd wedi'u trochi yn y broses grantiau arloesi. Wedi'n hymgorffori ym Mhrifysgol Abertawe, mae gennym fynediad at ystod eang o arbenigedd arloesi a grantiau, gwybodaeth am y broses grantiau, mewnwelediadau i ystod eang o wahanol ffynonellau ariannu, a phrofiad sylweddol o ysgrifennu grantiau. Rydyn ni'n rhan o rwydwaith helaeth o arbenigwyr academaidd ar draws ystod o ddisgyblaethau gwyddor bywyd, peirianneg a thechnoleg, gyda mynediad at seilwaith ac adnoddau uwch arbenigol ar draws y Brifysgol. Ac mae ein Rhwydwaith yn darparu mynediad at gyd-arloeswyr ar draws busnes a sectorau eraill, yn ogystal \u00e2 chysylltiadau \u00e2 lleoliadau gofal iechyd a chwaraeon elitaidd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Drwy ddod yn aelod o'r Rhwydwaith Cenedlaethol ar gyfer Arloesedd mewn Chwaraeon ac Iechyd, byddwch yn ein rhoi ni ar eich t\u00eem grantiau.
