Nod yr ymchwil oedd datgelu'r rhwystrau seicolegol a chymdeithasol sy'n dylanwadu ar dderbyniad defnyddwyr o'r cynhyrchion hyn, yn ogystal \u00e2 chyfleoedd i hyrwyddo dewisiadau cynaliadwy sy'n cefnogi iechyd trwy gynhwysion wedi'u casglu.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Roedd y cyfnod cyntaf yn cynnwys grwpiau ffocws gweledol gyda 26 cyfranogwr (16 myfyriwr a 10 aelod o'r cyhoedd) o Abertawe. Y pwrpas oedd archwilio cysylltiadau blaenorol defnyddwyr \u00e2 chwilota bwyd, eu parodrwydd i ddefnyddio bwyd neu gynhyrchion hylendid personol sy'n cynnwys cynhwysion a chwiliwyd am fwyd, a'r rhwystrau a'r heriau canfyddedig i fabwysiadu.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Roedd y canfyddiadau yn dangos dealltwriaeth gyfyngedig o chwilota am fwyd, gyda rhai cyfranogwyr yn cysylltu'r arfer \u00e2 stigma neu gywilydd. Weithiau, roedd chwilota am fwyd yn cael ei ystyried yn weithgaredd sy'n gysylltiedig ag angenrheidrwydd neu dlodi yn hytrach na chynaliadwyedd neu lesiant. Roedd cyfranogwyr yn crybwyll y llefydd oeddent arfer casglu cynhwysion yn eu plentyndod, a'u bod wedi'u disodli gydag adeiladau preswyl neu fasnachol.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fe wnaeth mewnwelediadau o Astudiaeth 1 wedi hysbysu dyluniad arolwg DU-eang gyda 281 o gyfranogwyr. Archwiliodd yr arolwg gyfaddawdau defnyddwyr wrth ddewis cynhyrchion go iawn sy'n cynnwys cynhwysion wedi'u casglu o Really Wild Emporium, gan gynnwys eli lleithio a sawl pryd o gig, pysgod a llysiau.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gwerthusodd y cyfranogwyr gyfaddawdau rhwng prif briodoleddau cynnyrch fel pris, budd iechyd, ffynhonnell y cynhwysion, a negeseuon y cynnyrch. Ar draws categor\u00efau'r cynnyrch, dangosodd bod defnyddwyr yn dewis eitemau a ddisgrifiwyd fel rhai \u201cnaturiol\u201d, \u201clleol\u201d, neu \u201co ffynonellau cynaliadwy\u201d yn fwy na\u2019r rhai a labelwyd eu bod \u201cwedi\u2019u casglu\u201d, yn \u201cwyllt\u201d, neu \u201cwedi\u2019u casglu \u00e2 llaw\u201d.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cynhyrchodd y prosiect wybodaeth newydd am ganfyddiadau defnyddwyr o gynhwysion wedi'u casglu a chynhwysion gwyllt \u2013 maes heb ei archwilio'n ddigonol mewn ymchwil maeth, cynaliadwyedd ac ymddygiad defnyddwyr.
