Ers ei sefydlu yn 2024, rydym wedi gweithio'n agos \u00e2 SUSIM i gyd-ddatblygu atebion sy'n cefnogi iechyd ataliol, cynaliadwyedd y gweithlu, a mabwysiadu arloesedd yn gyflym \u2013 blaenoriaethau allweddol i Lywodraeth Cymru a GIG Cymru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Drwy rannu cyfleusterau, prosiectau ymchwil ar y cyd, ac ymgysylltu rheolaidd \u00e2 chlinigwyr, athletwyr, addysgwyr, a diwydiant, mae ein cydweithrediad wedi creu maes profi deinamig ar gyfer technoleg drawsnewidiol. Mae arbenigedd SUSIM mewn efelychu, ynghyd \u00e2 gwybodaeth NISH am y sector a mynediad at ddefnyddwyr terfynol, wedi galluogi datblygu rhaglenni hyfforddi sy'n lleihau gwallau clinigol, yn cyflymu parodrwydd staff, ac yn gwella diogelwch cleifion. Ar yr un pryd, mae arloesiadau dan arweiniad chwaraeon fel monitro gwisgadwy, dadansoddi wedi'i yrru gan AI, ac offer adsefydlu uwch yn cael eu defnyddio gan y GIG a'r gymuned, gan gefnogi ymyrraeth gynharach a grymuso'r cyhoedd i gymryd rhan weithredol yn eu hiechyd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mae'r effaith yn ymestyn y tu hwnt i enillion clinigol a pherfformiad uniongyrchol. Mae'r bartneriaeth yn cryfhau gwydnwch sefydliadol, yn lleihau dyblygu adnoddau, ac yn darparu arbedion cost mesuradwy i fyrddau iechyd. Mae hefyd yn meithrin y genhedlaeth nesaf o ymchwilwyr: ar hyn o bryd mae SUSIM yn cefnogi tri ymchwilydd PhD a phump myfyriwr Meistr niwrowyddoniaeth sy'n gweithio ar brosiectau sy'n canolbwyntio ar efelychu, ac mae rhai ohonynt yn cydweithio'n uniongyrchol \u00e2 NISH.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mae ein gwaith hefyd wedi denu sylw cenedlaethol. Yn dilyn <a href=\"https:\/\/nish.wales\/cy\/2025\/09\/04\/uk-secretary-of-state-for-wales-visits-nish-to-explore-cutting%e2%80%91edge-sport-health-tech-innovation\/\">ymweliad diweddar<\/a>, canmolodd Ysgrifennydd Gwladol Cymru\u2019r \u201cgwaith arloesol mewn chwaraeon ac iechyd,\u201d gan gydnabod r\u00f4l Bargen Ddinesig Bae Abertawe wrth alluogi\u2019r ecosystem arloesi hwn i ffynnu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mae cael ein henwi\u2019n ail yn y Gwobrau Arloesi MediWales yn dyst i\u2019r timau ymroddedig yn NISH, SUSIM, a\u2019n partneriaid.
