Gydag ond llond llaw o gyrsiau ledled y wlad yn mynd i'r afael \u00e2'r bwlch hwn, dyma'r cyntaf o'i fath yng Nghymru. Felly, mae'n bwysig i'r sector bio-arloesi cryf yng Nghymru fod y bwlch hwn yn cael ei gau.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cynlluniwyd y cwrs i ddiwallu'r galw cynyddol am sgiliau arwain, arloesi a rheoli strategol yn y sectorau gwyddorau bywyd a biodechnoleg.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ar gyfer pwy mae'r cwrs?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mae'r cwrs ar agor i bobl sy'n gweithio mewn:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Gofal iechyd a gofal cymdeithasol<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gwyddorau byw<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bio-beirianneg<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mae'r modiwlau arbenigol yn golygu gall myfyrwyr ddatblygu sgiliau rheoli ac arwain uwch sy'n cael eu defnyddio i greu gwerth cynaliadwy a chyflawni canlyniadau effeithiol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Beth yw strwythur y cwrs?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cynhelir y cwrs rhan-amser dros ddwy flynedd, gan ddechrau gyda modiwlau craidd MBA yn y flwyddyn gyntaf ac yn symud ymlaen i gynnwys arbenigol mewn gwyddorau bywyd ac arloesi yn yr ail flwyddyn. Mae prosiect ymchwil wedi'i integreiddio i'r ddwy flynedd astudio, gan ganiat\u00e1u i fyfyrwyr gymhwyso eu sgiliau newydd mewn ymchwil i brosiect neu faes ymchwil parhaus sy'n berthnasol i'w cyflogwr neu gwmni lleol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mae'r rhaglen hon yn amlddisgyblaethol, a fydd yn cael ei dysgu ar y ddwy gampws: Singleton a'r Bae.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pa fodiwlau dylai myfyrwyr eu disgwyl?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yn ystod y cwrs, bydd myfyrwyr yn manteisio o:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Mewnbwn gan ymgynghorwyr yn y diwydiant<\/strong><br>Bydd cynrychiolwyr o'r GIG, Bwrdd Iechyd Prifysgol Caerdydd a'r Fro, a sefydliadau partner mewn iechyd digidol, biodechnoleg a diwydianau dibynadwy eraill yn helpu i ddatblygu modiwlau a sesiynau. Bydd hyn yn sicrhau bod eich dysgu yn unol \u00e2 blaenoriaethau'r sector, anghenion datblygu'r gweithlu, ac ymarferion arloesi cyfredol.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Darlithoedd a gwersi gan westeion<\/strong><br>Mae arweinwyr uwch, arloeswyr, entrepreneuriaid ac ymarferwyr o sefydliadau'r sector cyhoeddus, y sector preifat a'r trydydd sector yn cyfrannu at fodiwlau yn ystod y cwrs. Mae hyn yn rhoi safbwyntiau go iawn a chyfleoedd i chi dyfu eich rhwydwaith proffesiynol.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Prosiect mawr capfaen<\/strong><br>Bydd hyn yn cael ei lunio ar y cyd \u00e2 sefydliadau allanol, a fydd yn cynnig heriau byd go iawn i chi weithio arnynt. Mae hyn yn cryfhau perthnasedd, dilysrwydd ac effaith eich ymchwil.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mynediad at Ysgol Reoli \u00a322miliwn Prifysgol Abertawe<\/strong><br>Sefydliad busnes addysg mwyaf y byd, sy'n cysylltu ysgolion busnes, busnesau a dysgwyr i greu'r genhedlaeth nesaf o arweinwyr. Bydd hefyd gennych fynediad at gyfleusterau blaenllaw Ysgol Feddygaeth Prifysgol Abertawe, oherwydd natur amlddisgyblaethol y cwrs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Beth sy'n gwneud i'r rhaglen yn unigryw?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mae'r modiwlau wedi'u curadu mewn ymateb i'r dadansoddiad bylchau ac yn canolbwyntio ar y camau damcaniaethol ac ymarferol sydd eu hangen i drosi syniadau arloesi agored yn atebion profedig, sy'n wybodus i ddefnyddwyr a fydd yn gwella bywydau'r boblogaeth.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Beth yw'r gofynion mynediad?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bydd pob ymgeisydd yn cael ei ystyried ar ei rinweddau a phrofiadau ei hun, ac anogir ceisiadau gan fyfyrwyr gydag amryw eang o gymwysterau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pa gyfleoedd gyrfa y gallai hyn arwain atynt?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cynlluniwyd y cwrs i adeiladu sgiliau arwain, arloesi, sy'n eich gwneud yn barod am yrfa, os ydych yn berson profedig neu'n gobeithio dod yn arweinydd.
