P'un a yw busnes yn datblygu technoleg perfformiad, offer atal anafiadau, llwyfannau iechyd digidol, dyfeisiau gwisgadwy, systemau adsefydlu, cynhyrchion maeth, meddalwedd lles, atebion adfer neu dechnolegau hyfforddi newydd, gall rhyddhad treth ymchwil a datblygu ddarparu cefnogaeth bwysig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ond mae'r tirwedd wedi newid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mae CThEM wedi cynyddu ei graffu ar hawliadau Ymchwil a Datblygu yn sylweddol yn dilyn pryderon ynghylch gwallau, camddefnydd a chyngor o ansawdd gwael. Disgwylir bellach i hawliadau fod yn fwy manwl, yn fwy tystiolaethol ac yn glir wedi'u halinio \u00e2'r diffiniad o Ymchwil a Datblygu cymwys. Mae cyflwyno'r Ffurflen Gwybodaeth Ychwanegol hefyd wedi codi safon adrodd, sy'n golygu bod rhaid i gwmn\u00efau esbonio gofyn am gynnydd, yr ansicrwydd maent yn ei hwynebu, y gwaith sy'n cael ei wneud a'r costau sy'n cael eu hawlio mewn ffordd fwy strwythuredig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">Mae <a href=\"https:\/\/www.limestonegrey.com\/\" target=\"_self\">LimestoneGrey<\/a>\u00a0eisoes wedi mynd i'r afael \u00e2 hawliadau Ymchwil a Datblygu gan ddefnyddio technolegl ond mae'r <a href=\"https:\/\/www.limestonegrey.com\/rd-tax-relief\/additional-information-form\/\" target=\"_self\">Ffurflen Wybodaeth Ychwanegol<\/a>\u00a0wedi helpu i godi safonau adrodd yn y diwydiant gan nad oedd llawer o gynghorwyr wedi defnyddio'r un lefel o drylwyredd o'r blaen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I fusnesau chwaraeon, iechyd a lles, mae hyn yn bwysig. Yn aml, mae'r sectorau hyn yn cynnwys cynhyrchion a llwyfannau arloesol, ond gall yr ymchwil a datblygu cymwys fod yn gymhleth o ran y dechnoleg. Gall yr ansicrwydd fod o fewn biomecaneg, cywirdeb synwyryddion gwisgadwy, dadansoddi data, perfformiad meddalwedd, monitro iechyd, personoli unigryw i ddefnyddwyr, perfformiad deunyddiau, methodoleg adfer, prosesau manwerthu neu ddibynadwyedd system mewn amodau byd go iawn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rhaid i hawliad wneud mwy na disgrifio cynnyrch, ap, gwasanaeth neu ddatrysiad lles newydd. Rhaid iddo esbonio pam na allai gweithwyr proffesiynol cymwys ddatrys yr her wyddonol neu dechnolegol yn rhwydd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Tirwedd Rhyddhad Treth Ymchwil a Datblygu sy'n Newid ar gyfer Cwmn\u00efau Chwaraeon, Iechyd a Llesiant<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mae safonau cynghori credyd treth Ymchwil a Datblygu yn fwyfwy bwydig wrth i CThEF a'r diwydiany treth ehangach barhau i gyflwyno mesurau i godi ansawdd, atebolrwydd a phroffesiynoldeb yn y farchnad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O 18 Mai 2026 ymlaen, dechreuoedd CThEM gyflwyno cofrestru gorfodol ar gyfer cynghorwyr treth sy'n rhyngweithio ag ef ar ran cleientiaid, wedi'i raddoli yn \u00f4l y math o gynghorydd hyd at 31 Mawrth 2027, gan roi 3 mis i bob gr\u0175p o ddechrau ei gyfnod i gofrestru bodloni'r safonau gofynnol. Mae hyn yn adlewyrchu cyfeiriad y daith: marchnad cyngor treth fwy atebol, sy'n canolbwyntio'n fwy ar broffesiynoldeb, cydymffurfiaeth a pharatoi hawliadau cyfrifol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dyma pam fod&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.limestonegrey.com\/rd-tax-relief\/choosing-an-rd-tax-adviser\/\">dewis y cynghorydd cywir<\/a>&nbsp;nawr yn rhan allweddol o ddiogelu eich busnes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">Gall hawliad Ymchwil a Datblygu sydd wedi'i baratoi'n wael arwain at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.limestonegrey.com\/rd-tax-relief\/hmrc-enquiries\/\" target=\"_self\">ymholiadau CThEM<\/a>, oedi ad-daliadau, cosbau, ffurflenni treth wedi'u diwygio a thynnu sylw rheoli diangen. Gall hefyd greu problemau wrth fuddsoddi, gwneud cyllid grantiau neu ddiwydrwydd dyladwy, neu gaffael, yn enwedig lle na ellir cefnogi hawliadau hanesyddol yn iawn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gall hawliad sy'n adrodd y stori dechnegol anghywir, neu sy'n cynnwys costau na ddylid eu hawlio, greu risg sylweddol i'ch busnes \u2014 o her gan CThEM ac oedi ad-daliadau i gosbau a phryderon diwydrwydd dyladwy ehangach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Goleuni ar Safonau Cynghorwyr Treth Ymchwil a Datblygu a Pam eu bod yn Bwysig i Gwmn\u00efau Chwaraeon, Iechyd a Llesiant<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mewn marchnad sy'n newid, mae angen cynghorydd sydd eisoes wedi bod yn gweithredu at y safonau proffesiynol hyn, nid un sydd nawr yn brwydro i gyrraedd y trothwy gofynnol wrth i'r farchnad ddal i fyny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mae LimestoneGrey yn ymgynghoriaeth dreth siartredig, rheoleiddiedig. Wrth i Gyllid a Thollau EM godi disgwyliadau ar draws y farchnad, nid oes rhaid i ni ddal lan. Rydym wedi gweithredu yn \u00f4l y safonau hyn o'r dechrau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ni ddylai cwmn\u00efau sy'n cael eu harwain gan arloesedd weld rheoleiddio fel rhwystr i hawlio. Dylsent ei weld fel rheswm i hawlio'n briodol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mae cwmn\u00efau chwaraeon, iechyd a lles yn aml yn gwneud yr union fath o waith mae'r drefn rhyddhad treth Ymchwil a Datblygu yn ceisio ei gefnogi.
