Are you a company interested in engaging with or employing university students or graduates? Are you seeking a new source of ideas and innovation to support business development?
Swansea University’s Medical School has students studying a diverse range of disciplines, from the biomedical sciences to Medicine, Pharmacy and Physician Associate Studies. Many of the students are keen to learn more about working in industry and gaining work experience relevant to their discipline.
We are seeking expressions of interest from companies who may be willing to support students in any of the following areas:
- Student placements (e.g., Placement Year, internships, final year research projects, work experience/shadowing)
- Education (e.g., giving talks on working in industry)
- Providing Swansea University alumni case studies
- Contributing to/attending university careers fairs
- Contributing ‘real-world’ problems for students to solve
We aim for any activity to be mutually beneficial to both the company and students. We are also open to companies’ suggestions for areas in addition to those above.
