Delivered to thousands of businesses across the UK through Small Business Charter-accredited business schools, the programme is proudly offered by Swansea University School of Management.

Eligibility Criteria
To join the programme, delegates must:
- Hold a leadership role with at least one direct report
- Work for a Small or Medium-Sized Enterprise based in the United Kingdom
- Be part of a business employing 5 to 249 employees
